What we collect

• What you give us: name, email, shipping address, phone if you provide it, and what you order
• Payment details go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic analytics about how the site is used, so we know which pages are broken

What we do with it

We use it to take your order, ship it, handle returns, run the rewards programme, and answer you when you contact us. Marketing email only goes to people who ticked the box, and you can unsubscribe from any of it.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information
• We don't add you to Her Favorite Hair Boutique's marketing because you bought from us, or the other way round — those are separate businesses and you'd have to join each one yourself

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have specific rights under state privacy law, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to not be discriminated against for asking. Contact us and we'll handle it.

Keeping it

We keep order and tax records as long as the law requires, and marketing consent records for as long as you're subscribed plus a reasonable period after, so we can prove you asked to be there.
