How it earns
- $1 spent on merchandise = 1 Favorite Point
- 200 points = $10 off. 400 = $20. 600 = $30.
- Points land as pending and become yours 21 days after your order ships
Points are earned on what you actually pay for merchandise — not tax, shipping, gift cards, or amounts already covered by a reward. Returned or cancelled items give their points back.
Why points wait
Because a return would otherwise take the item back and leave the points behind. 21 days clears the return window with room to spare, and then they're yours.
The tiers
- Favorite — everyone with an account. Earns points from the first order.
- Inner Circle — $300 net spend in a rolling 12 months. Early access to selected drops, restock priority, member-only offers.
- Friends & Family — $750 in a rolling 12 months and an account in good standing, or a personal invitation. Earliest drop access, private pieces, personal styling.
Friends & Family is about getting there first, not a permanent discount. We'd rather give you the thing before it's gone than 10% off after it is.
The fine print, in English
- Points have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred
- Points expire after 24 months of no orders — any order resets the clock, so if you shop with us you'll never lose one
- A reward covers up to about 20% of your merchandise subtotal
- Rewards and promo codes don't stack unless we say so
- Chargebacks or duplicate accounts can freeze or remove rewards
