When it goes out
Orders are packed by hand in Los Angeles, usually within 1–2 business days. Drop weeks are busier, so give us an extra day right after a launch.
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships. If you don't see it, check spam before you assume we forgot you.
If it goes missing
Once a package is scanned in, it's with the carrier. If tracking stops moving or it's marked delivered and it isn't, tell us — we'll open an investigation with the carrier and work it out with you. We're not going to tell you it stopped being our problem the second it left the building.
